Free shipping to all 50 states
Standard shipping is free, with no minimum or code. Orders ship from Illinois. We currently ship only to the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Production and delivery
Usual production takes three business days, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays, unless a different time is clearly shown before you order. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on your destination and the service used. See the full Shipping policy for tracking, delays and delivery problems.
Free 30-day returns on nonpersonalized items
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with included parts. Standard CubbyClick charms, catalog letters, lines and shelves qualify, including standard designs made after you order. Return shipping is free for eligible items. Contact us first so we can arrange the return at no cost to you. No restocking fee, return-label deduction or deduction of free outbound shipping applies.
Personalized orders
Fully custom items, including personalized nameplates and keychains, cannot be returned for a change of mind. If we make a mistake in your order, you may request a refund. Damaged, defective, incorrect and otherwise legally protected orders remain covered. See the full Refund policy for remedies, refunds and instructions.
