Pop Cubby wants customers with disabilities to be able to browse, personalize products, read our policies and place orders. Accessibility is part of how we maintain and improve our store.

Get help or report a barrier

Email contact@popcubby.com or use our contact form. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the help you need. You may describe your browser or assistive technology if useful; you do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical records.

We can help explain product options and policy information and discuss another way to complete a design or order. Do not send payment-card details or passwords by email. Any payment will use a secure checkout.

Our approach

We use clear headings and link labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus and text alternatives as we improve the website. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for that work. This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party service fully conforms.

If a payment, review or other third-party feature creates a barrier, tell us so we can help and raise the issue with the provider. You can also request a written or accessible copy of our policies.
